3/29/2024 0 Comments Gigabyte b360m ds3h i7-3770The turbo multipliers are also grayed out in bios and the only thing I can do is auto/disable/enable and I cannot change any values there either.Īs this is k cpu I expected that the bios would have some overclocking options but seems the only thing I can do is adjust the base clock which I would prefer to do as this is an audio computer and I don't think I should be messing with the frequency of the audio bus. : : Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H rev.1.0 s.1155 : Intel® Core i7-3770 8M Cache 3.4GHz up to 3. It does display I7-3770K 3.5ghz cpu model 0036A9 update revison 17 under "MIT current status" in bios, and shows the 4 cores running at 3.5ghz base and 3.9ghz turbo so at least as far as that goes it does see the new cpu but it behaves as if it is locked multiplier I am able to change from the stock 35 to 36 or 37 in bios but no other values and it will simply revert to 35 if I type Or try to use +/- on keyboard to enter any number above 37 - its behaving as it did with the locked i7-2600. I just purchased an i7-3770k cpu in hopes of getting a little extra horsepower with a modest overclock but it seems that the board is not correctly recognizing the cpu as unlocked because I cannot change the multiplier in bios or easy tune I recently built a box using a GA H77M-D3H board (revision 1.1) and an older i7-2600 (not k) cpu when originally set up.
